How do you balance training with business and personal life?

Time blocking. My days are incredibly structured. I attached what my day looks like and the tiny wins I check off each day. 

What are the biggest mistakes you see new entrepreneurs making when trying to scale their business?

Going too wide too early. Specialize early, and then broaden your appeal. Find product market fit - know who your customer is and how to reach them / speak to them.

What are the top wellness habits that have made the biggest impact on your performance?

Hitting a morning workout everyday. Getting 8+ hours of sleep. Contrast Therapy. Eating mainly single ingredient foods sourced from nature. 

What’s your definition of success today compared to when you first started?

Freedom to do what I want when I want. Freedom to do business with whom I want to do business with. Freedom to spend time in the environments I thrive in. Finding my tribe, having deep bonds with great friends, and building community.
