Interview with Megan Dolce

Co-Founder and Head Executive Coach of RIPE

Ripe’s Role in Women’s Empowerment:

Ripe exists to cut through the noise. In a world full of surface-level empowerment buzzwords, Ripe is about real ownership—owning your power, your potential, and the impact you’re here to make. We don’t just talk about confidence; we build it. We don’t just inspire women; we equip them. Ripe challenges the narrative that women need to ‘fit in’ to succeed in business. Instead, we focus on creating environments where they can expand, lead, and thrive on their own terms. It’s not about checking boxes; it’s about rewriting the whole damn playbook.

A Moment That Showed Ripe’s Impact:

Ripe was born out of frustration and fire. Frustration with the spaces that promised growth but felt hollow, and the fire to create something that actually moves the needle for people. It aligns with my personal values because it’s no BS, about pushing people’s potential, and generating impact. I’m not here to play small or help others stay comfortable. I’m here to challenge, to push, to see people fully step into who they are.

The work we do goes beyond women. We work with anyone who refuses to settle—founders, CEOs, athletes—people who push the edge of what’s possible in their fields. The ones who aren’t just looking to grow, but to redefine the game. Ripe is the embodiment of that—it’s raw, real, and unapologetically committed to growth.
