Magnesium: What’s the Deal?

Magnesium is essential in more than 300 enzymes in the body including muscle and nerve function and energy production.
Low Magnesium levels rarely cause symptoms, however taking magnesium may improve how you feel from reduced muscle cramping, improved sleep, decreased anxiety and stress, PMS, management, and improved bowel movements. This does not mean everyone should go take magnesium because in excess magnesium can be dangerous to take.
Most people do not get enough in their diet. There are many forms of magnesium with each having slightly different effects on systems. For muscle relaxation or mood glycinate is a better choice.
