Entering A Powerful New Chapter
Last week was a true pinch-me moment. On Thursday, Life Time officially announced the acquisition of my brand, HPLT. This marks a major milestone—not just for us, but for you, our incredible community. Partnering with the largest powerhouse in health and wellness unlocks opportunities to reach and impact more lives, more often.
With over 180 athletic country clubs across the U.S. and more launching in 2026, HPLT's footprint is about to grow in a big way. We’ll now have even more locations to host our signature micro and macro experiences nationwide.
When I started HPLT back in 2018, I knew I was building something meaningful for the community—but it also filled a personal void. I missed leading a group of like-minded individuals all chasing the same goal: becoming better in every aspect of life. Once the foundation was strong, we went all in—scaling our summits, launching a venture arm, and opening our first performance club.
My advice to anyone who’s trying to build a brand, don’t ever give up or give in. If your brand is an extension of who you truly are it will be successful.
Now, we’re entering a powerful new chapter. Our first summit under the Life Time banner will take place May 15–18 in New York City. The future is bright, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Hope to see you at a summit soon.
